About the drip
What the Immunity Drip is
A two-nutrient infusion: vitamin C at a higher dose than the Multivitamin Drip, plus a vitamin B complex, in a saline base. Vitamin C is the ingredient people ask about most, and this drip is built around it.
A note on the name. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, which is an accepted statement for food supplements. Whether an intravenous dose given once does anything a healthy person would notice is not established, and we do not claim it does. Please read this page as a description of what is in the drip rather than a promise of what it will do.

If you currently have a cold, flu or a temperature, we will ask you to rebook once you are well: we do not treat infections with drips, and you should not be in a clinic waiting room when unwell.

What to expect

Settle in
You will be seated in a reclining chair in a private treatment room.

The cannula
A trained clinician inserts a small cannula, usually into the arm or hand, and connects the infusion. Most people describe a small scratch and nothing more.

The drip
You are free to read, work or rest while the drip runs. We check on you throughout.

Afterwards
We stay with you for a short period afterwards. You can drive, work and carry on with your day immediately.

Safety and suitability
Every IV infusion at FastHeal Clinic Woking starts with a consultation and health screening. A prescriber reviews your medical history, current medicines and any allergies before anything is prepared. Some people should not have an IV nutrient infusion, including anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone with kidney disease, heart failure, or certain metabolic conditions, and anyone under 18. If we are not confident an infusion is appropriate for you, we will say so and suggest an alternative.

Will this stop me getting ill?
No drip can promise that and UK advertising rules prohibit the claim. If you want to protect yourself before winter, the flu and COVID vaccines available at the same clinic have far stronger evidence behind them.
Can I have it while I have a cold?
We ask you to wait until you are well. Rebooking is free.
What is the difference between this and the High Dose Vitamin C Drip?
This drip pairs vitamin C with B vitamins at a prescriber-set dose. The High Dose Vitamin C Drip is vitamin C only, in three fixed gram doses, and requires an additional screening test at the higher doses.
