How long does dispensing take?

Most private prescriptions are ready within 15–30 minutes. Specialist medications may take longer if we need to order them in.

Do you accept email prescriptions?

Yes — your private GP can email or fax the prescription to us, and we'll dispense as soon as the original arrives.

Can I get a repeat prescription?

Yes. We track your supply and can liaise with your prescriber for repeats, plus send you a reminder before you run low.

How much will it cost?

Private prescription pricing depends on the medication. We're happy to confirm the cost before you commit — just ask.
